What exactly counts as a delivery batch?
A batch is one scheduled unit of implementation or rechecking from your approved queue. It can be a meaningful page improvement, a connected technical fix, an AI-answer recheck or an approved group of business-profile corrections. We record what was done, where it is live and how it was verified.
Do I have to make the changes myself?
No. This is a managed service, not a checklist subscription. Once access and scope are agreed, Tendou implements the supported changes. You confirm business facts and complete account invitations or verification that only you can do.
Can you work with any website?
We check first. Website platforms have different permissions and editing capabilities. Custom builds may need repository or deployment access. We will not take payment on the assumption that we can edit a platform we have not assessed.
Will you guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?
No. Search engines and AI platforms decide what they show. We commit to the agreed work and transparent measurement, not a guaranteed position, citation, score increase or number of leads.
What happens to my website and accounts?
You remain the owner. Access should use invitations or scoped integrations wherever available. Changes need a record and an appropriate backup or rollback path. Material changes to business claims, prices or services need your confirmation.
Can I try the audit or subscribe today?
You can try the public scan and access-planning flow without signing in. After reviewing the setup, sign in to save it and continue to Stripe's secure recurring checkout. Tendou does not collect card details on this site.
