Privacy

Tendou Pte. Ltd. collects only the information needed to assess a website, create a private work order, provide the managed service and administer billing.

Information we use

• Public website, DNS and page signals collected during the website scan.
• Your Google-authenticated email and account identifier.
• The website, service, market and customer question you submit.
• Scoped access and change records needed for delivery.
• Stripe customer, subscription, invoice and payment-status identifiers. Stripe, not Tendou, handles card details.

How it is used

We use this information to assess compatibility, perform and evidence agreed work, secure the account, support billing, prevent duplicate subscriptions, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and private account data. Stripe provides checkout, recurring billing, invoices and the billing portal. Website platforms and measurement services are accessed only when the customer grants scoped access.

Retention and control

We retain service and billing records while the account is active and afterwards where reasonably needed for support, accounting, disputes and legal compliance. Customers may request access, correction or deletion where applicable; some financial records must be retained.

Security

Customers should use invitations instead of sharing passwords. Access is restricted by account, and payment events are accepted only after signature verification. No online system is risk-free, so please report suspected account misuse promptly.
